This is a lovely property with a grand entrance and high ceilings. it has been finished to a very high standard. Central London is only 15 minutes away and Gatwick Airport is only 20 minutes away by train.
The proprerty is on the main A23 (london road, croydon) with buses running every 3 mins to london, and West Croydon train station only 10 mins walk away.
The room is a very good size, fully furnished to a high standard and has its own sink,. across the road you have a pub that does nice food, paper shop, chemist, dry cleaners and tesco just up the road.
