Hello,
My name is Suzy and I have 2 bedrooms to rent in my 3 bed flat in east Croydon. (You could be interested in 1 or both of the rooms). The flat is a 10 min stroll from both east and west Croydon stations and is in the heart of the borough, close to shopping centers, restaurants and local amenities. Getting to central London on the train takes less than 10 mins.
The flat itself is a luxury apartment which has 3 roof terraces, perfect for getting the perfect tan in the summer! It has a helpful concierge and a private residents postal room. The overall environment is absolutely lovely and a joy to live here. The furniture is brand new and kitchen is fully fitted even with a dishwasher. We also have our own private balcony and beautiful views. The flat is very spacious with lots of storage spaces and has 2 bathrooms and a utility room. This flat is on the 8th floor and the building has 2 lifts. Bills are relatively low.
I'm looking for a tidy individual of any age that's respectful of the space. Whether it be short term or long term, student or professional. I'm very reasonable myself and have created a peaceful environment. If you like what you see (and read) please don't hesitate to reach out. Please note the double room is £1,400 per month and the single room is £1,200 per month. For the right candidate I'm always happy to negotiate. I'm also a very quick replier and much better talker than I am writer so calls are welcome.
