Room description
This is a very large and comfortable triple room with council tax included in the price. Near to Stratford and all shopping facilities and restaurants. The room is a genuine triple size which is at the front of the house and has a large sunny window. The flat is properly maintained by a fluent english speaking landlord. It has 2 bedrooms only so you would be sharing with just one flatmate. Why risk moving into a place full of strangers you know nothing about especially if you are a woman.?
*Single person only. Don't ask if it's 'ok' that you want 2 people for the price of one. You know it's not ok.
* PLEASE NOTE that council tax is included in the price.
*Fast broadband included in the price *Water rates included in the price
* No Agents fees.
* The room has it's own door lock.
* Gas and Electric NOT included. They are on economical Pay as you go meters.
* Access to Upton Park underground (10 mins walk) or Forest Gate overground (15 mins walk) and the new Queen Elizabeth line that goes to the West End in half an hour, or 2 mins walk to bus stop for 10 mins ride to Stratford. Stratford has dramatically superior transport (including to numerous airports) than any area of East London and one of the best shopping malls in the UK at Westfield * Washing machine, microwave, electric cooker, fridge freezer, power shower and more cupboard space than you're likely to use.
* There are numerous shops, takeaways, restaurants supermarkets and amenities on the route from both stations to the flat including Tesco and Lidl. There is even a small fruit and veg market.
* West ham park is a short walk, with well over 70 acres.
* Quiet residential street with only Edwardian 2 storey houses.
Having only one flatmate also means you won't have to queue up for the shower when you're late for work, have your milk disappear when you really need it, put name labels on your food and yes, I can guarantee, you will never be bullied by somebody's mates coming to stay up half the night playing loud music and drinking.
