Room description
Double Bedroom (4M X 3M) £850.00/Month
Hi, my name is Cameron, I'm a 43-year-old psychotherapist looking for new flatmate as mine is moving out! I’m looking for someone who is friendly and sociable, but equally happy to get on with their own thing in peace and quiet which the space of the flat offers. I'm really looking for someone who is chilled and easy to get along with, who is clean and tidy, and happy to share the space with someone equally as chilled and easy-going. No pets or party animals unfortunately, but equally: make yourself at home and enjoy the space as you choose. It's a pretty nice place to live!
I work 5-7 days a week in Hornsey and King's Cross. I'm a calm, considerate, and thoughtful housemate and had a wonderfully harmonious relationship with my last flatmate, which I would love to repeat.
THE FLAT:
This tenancy features a large spacious DOUBLE BEDROOM with tall ceilings and a bay window facing the quiet street. The room will be unfurnished when the tenancy begins, so perfect for someone with their own bed and furniture.
The room is in a bright and modern styled ground floor flat in an Edwardian conversion with large private garden situated on a quiet residential road. The flat includes an open plan KITCHEN/DINING ROOM and LOUNGE that leads out on to the garden. The property features include double-glazing throughout and gas central heating.
The property is located within a 2-minute walk from Turnpike Lane tube station (Piccadilly Line to Central London in 20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes walk from the Wood Green Shopping Centre with lots of local shops, supermarkets, cinemas, and a huge gym, just around the corner.
THE RENT is £850 pcm plus bills: gas, electricity, water, council tax, wireless broadband (approx. £160 pcm).
CONTRACT details:
The room is available from 27th MAY. The terms of the contract are that you would have to sign a contract for 6 MONTHS with the landlord and provide references directly to them. You can then negotiate a longer contract from November if you choose to stay.
They require an income of at least £25K to pass the references.
There is a deposit of £850.00 to be paid to the previous tenant which you will receive from the landlord when your lease ends or from a new tenant if you decide to break the lease earlier.
You will need to sign a contract with the landlord and they will provide you with a tenancy agreement.
***Viewings can be arranged between 14th April and 16th May, please message for availability.***
