Room description
👋 Hi! I'm Isabella, a theatre-loving, art-obsessed Londoner looking for a flatmate who’s just as passionate about the arts as they are about keeping a peaceful, beautiful home.
If you’re a professional working in or loving the creative industries (theatre, film, music, fashion, fine art, design...), value a calm, tidy home life, and dream of a place where you can decompress after gigs, rehearsals, or gallery trips — this might be your perfect match. 🎭
The flat is a bright, character-filled two-bedroom with high ceilings, large windows, a bathroom with a bath, and an inviting shared living/kitchen space. The available room is a furnished single with excellent storage and charming views over the neighbours' gardens. 🌷
The neighbourhood is a dream, too. Tufnell Park has plenty of indie cafés, cultural events, green parks, and two Underground stations each less than a ten-minute's walk away. Approximately 5 minutes to Camden Town and 15 minutes to Leicester Sq. via tube. 🚇
🔎 I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate, and communicative — someone who loves culture and good conversation but also enjoys a quiet evening in. Bonus points if you love animals, too (we can't have them, but plenty in the neighbourhood)!

A few practical things to keep in mind:
💷 Bills: About £100/month, including water, broadband, gas/electric (plus your council tax — Band D).
👩💻 Work setup: I work from home full-time (9am–5:30pm) in the living room, so there may be occasional meetings there during the day. But I’m flexible with notice if you ever need the space!
🧘♀️ Guests and noise: This is a peaceful home, so while guests are absolutely welcome, I'd appreciate keeping noise low after 10pm and avoiding late-night parties here.
🤝 Shared spaces:
➔ We share weekly and monthly cleaning of communal areas.
➔ Kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared respectfully — just basic stuff like cleaning up after yourself, and letting each other know if you need the space (especially for the shower, oven, or washer/dryer!).
➔ The fridge is small, so a little communication helps if you need extra space now and then.
🧽 Household supplies: We take turns buying shared items like cleaning products, bin bags, and bathroom tissue.
🔒 Security: We use a latch on the front door at night just to be safe. If you’re coming back late, just a quick text to coordinate.
📝 Other notes:
➔ No pets (building rules), but it's a super animal-friendly neighbourhood full of cats and dogs!
➔ No smoking indoors, please.
➔ Unfortunately, the flat isn’t suitable for students. Professionals only please.
➔ Vegetarian/vegan preferred, or someone respectful of that lifestyle.
➔ LGBTQIA+ friendly

If this sounds like your kind of place, I’d love to hear from you! Tell me a little about yourself, your interests, and what you're looking for in a flatshare. Looking for the Phoebe to my Monica! :)
