The room is for single occupancy and is available from 1st Feb 2026.

The room is furnished with new wooden John Lewis small double bed and mattress, wooden wardrobe and drawers, built in press, a desk if required, fresh bed linen and towels.
Outlook onto private back garden, very secluded.

Outside bike lock available.
On street parking (no permit required).
Access to cycle path at end of street.
Excellent public transport links (Lothian Buses 23, 27, 8, 9 and 21 two minutes walk from the property; tram stop 10 minutes walk at Asda, Newhaven).
