Ideal flatmates
Happy to live with anyone
Description
I wish to contact a landlord for a tenancy rather than seeking flatmates.
My accommodation at present is in NW10 Harlesden and I have been at that accomodation (single room tenancy with shared bathroom, kitchen, toilet at £150/week) for over 17 years. The landlord is selling the house and everybody has to leave.
I am a very respectful and quiet non-smoking non-alcoholic man aged 54. I have reliably paid rent all the time at my accommodation and can pay by bank transfer and direct debit.
I can pay a full six weeks deposit in advance and up to two month's rent in advance.
I have a current British passport for ID as well as a certified copy of my Birth Certificate.
At present I am on universal credit, this is due to health problems I have. And I also receive a PIP payment. My total income from this for the last two years (after rent payment) has been around £270 a week.
Although on benefits I will be out every day to use resources I need for my interests in central London. My electricity usage at my present accomodation is at around £10 per week (including standing charge), less for gas.
I wish to take a room with a low rent that would be around £150/week or lower (inclusive of bills). And I would like to be within a one hour's bus journey of the centre of London. I am paying for the internet so a phone socket or the ability to extend a new line to my room would be useful.
