Hello! A room is becoming available in a 2 bed flat in the Arches/Gloucester Road area. The flat is a decent size, modern and has a private outdoor terrace that is shared with 2 other flats. It is in a great location (in my opinion one of the best spots in Bristol!) and has great access to bus and train routes. The room itself is a double room, is the smaller of two bedrooms in the flat, has great natural light, and comes part-furnished. Rent is £700pm, with bills being roughly £150pm. The Landlord will only rent the room to professionals. About me, I’m a 32 year old female professional who works in insurance (the fun kind) . I’m friendly, tidy, considerate and easy to get along with! I’m looking to live with someone that is similar to this, and would be up for occasional film and pub nights :) you would also be sharing the flat with a 4 year old cat called Persephone, who enjoys treats, cuddles, kisses and Billy Joel. She is my cat, but she is always happy to make new friends.
