Double room in a 3 bed flat in Crouch End, close to Crouch Hill overground station and Finsbury Park station. Excellent area near shops, markets, cafes, restaurants, gyms, cinemas and situated just off of the beautiful Parkland Walk connecting Finsbury Park and Highgate.
The common spaces are a bright large living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom and would be shared with two other housemates who are two lovely, easy-going girls both working in creative industries and sharing similar life interests. The flat is in a very friendly building with families and great neighbours.
The bedroom is currently part-furnished but this can be changed upon request. Rent is £915 per month, with a deposit of £865 and bills are paid separately.
