This is a genuinely lovely place to live, with an open-plan kitchen and living space, a private front garden view separated by a tall hedge from a quiet road, and a shared back garden to enjoy in the warmer months.
The room itself is quiet and serene, ideal for a restful night's sleep, with a tall wardrobe and a large built-in storage cupboard offering plenty of space to keep things tidy. A calm, comfortable room to come home to.
Furzedown itself is one of SW16's hidden gems, leafy, friendly, and full of independent cafés, pubs, and restaurants. Tooting Bec Common and Streatham Common are both close by, with the Tooting Bec Lido, sports centres, and a swimming pool all within easy reach. Streatham Common station is about 15 minutes on foot, and there's a bus stop just 3 minutes away running straight to Tooting Broadway and Brixton. Free on-street parking too.
I travel abroad fairly often, but I'm a great communicator and always available to help with any questions or queries. I also have a great relationship with my neighbour upstairs, who's happy to lend a hand locally if anything ever needs sorting in person.
