Room description

A well-sized double bedroom is available in our spacious and characterful two-storey house located in E11. The property features a large kitchen equipped with a generous range oven and gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and a dining table – ideal for both cooking and socialising.

There’s a good-sized living room with a large sofa, fireplace, and TV setup, making it a comfortable communal space. Out back, the house has a private garden with cherry, fig, and peach trees – a lovely spot in the warmer months, though it could use a bit of light weeding. Additionally, there is a spare room with a piano, available if you're musically inclined.

The available bedroom comes furnished with a bed frame and mattress and overlooks the garden. Please note that the boiler is located within this bedroom, so you may notice some noise when it’s in use. However, there is an additional spare room downstairs, and we’d be open to discussing alternative arrangements if you'd prefer to use that space instead.

The house is well-lived-in, with a few marks on the walls as you'd expect in a shared property, but it's full of charm. There are plenty of quirky features throughout, and it’s decorated in a rustic/industrial style that gives the place a unique, homely feel.

You’d be sharing with two housemates, both students from the University of Leeds currently undertaking placement years in central London as economists. We’re laid-back, active, and sociable, and ideally looking for someone in a similar situation – another placement student or a recent graduate looking to settle into London life.
