Room description

If you are after home away from home, I have a cozy new build type house just about to fit Luxury carpet through out. House have been just decorated with new wallpapers and paint. Garden has got decking and seating area.

House is fully renovated to residential specs with nee Fridge / washing machine and Dishwasher in place.

Its a 4 bed house out of which I have upto 2 rooms to let, Currently I am living here on my own with little daughter who stays with me for 2 days a week.

I dont plan to overcrowd house does 4th bedroom to stay empty. Looking forward for quiet, cordial, flexible person to join in. Short term lets welcome.

Rent is per week. Advertised price is for single occupancy.
