Large double bedroom available in a beautiful modern flat a few minutes walk from Stepney Green tube.
Stepney is in zone 2 and perfectly located for The City, Canary Wharf, Shoreditch and central, plus has great transport links: District and Hammersmith & City line and 10mins walk from Central Line (Mile End) and Overground (Whitechapel).
The whole flat is 100m2 (super spacious), very quiet & light (6th floor with lift), with underfloor heating.
Overall the flat has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it's just me living there. It has a large kitchen/living room and a balcony with view over Canary Wharf . It is fully kitted with washer/dryer, dishwasher and high speed broadband.
Bills are roughly £200 splitted between us.
My new flatmate will have the double bedroom plus a private bathroom and also the third bedroom that could be used as an ‘office’ to work from home.
I'm looking ideally for a professional flatmate (any age ) who's easy-going and happy to respect others' privacy, but also open to a natter over a glass of wine at the end of a tough day!
