Room description
Double room available in a 3-bedroom flat with a shared living room, located just opposite Stepney Green station. The room comes furnished and currently has a desk too. Rent: £800 + bills (around £50–£100 depending on the season), available on the 30th of November.
You’ll be sharing with two girls in our early 30s, both working professionals. We’re looking for someone around a similar age, clean, tidy and respectful of others.
We both have busy work schedules and like to have our own space and quiet time, but we’re also happy to have a chat, share a drink or spend some time together occasionally!
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who works outside the house at least 4 days a week, although working from home occasionally is absolutely fine.
Location is super convenient:
- Stepney Green station just across the road (District & Hammersmith & City lines).
- One stop from Mile End (Central Line) and Whitechapel (Elizabeth Line & Overground).
- Supermarkets, shops and bus stops nearby, including night buses.
A few things to mention:
Single occupancy only, no couples.
No pets, unfortunately.
Minimum stay of 6 months.
Working professionals preferred.
