Hi!

We are Marius and Vicky, two professionals looking for a friendly and tidy new person to join our flatshare in a fantastic location! Our apartment is less than a 5-minute walk from Old Street tube station and numerous amenities, yet also close to lovely parks for a bit of green space.

The room available is the largest in the flat, offering plenty of space. As shown in the photos, it comes furnished with a comfortable double bed and a generous wardrobe. The definite highlight is the private balcony accessed directly from the room – perfect for enjoying morning coffee or some fresh air.

Crucially, the room is available strictly from June 2nd, 2025. We are specifically looking for someone who needs the room from this exact date, not earlier or later.

We are very close to Old Street tube station (less than 5 mins walking), as well as many other amenities, while being surrounded by lovely parks.

We are looking for someone friendly, tidy, and easy to get along with. It's a friendly flat – while we respect each other's space and schedules, we enjoy sharing a chat sometimes and would love someone considerate to join us.

You'll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with us. There's also some shared storage space and the hallway. We keep the common areas pleasant with a cleaning rota and chip in together for shared household supplies (loo roll, cleaning stuff, etc.).
