Room description
Big bright room in prime location of East London. Great price for a room in zone 1. Short walk to Shoreditch / Hoxton and Dalston with regular transport to all parts of the city through Old Street Station. The station is just outside the estate so less than a 5 minute walk away.
We are Emmy and Claire - professionals from Ireland and France.We are looking for a like-minded professional to share our flat. Someone easy going and considerate, keeps shared areas clean and tidy and is respectful of other housemates.
The bedroom is big enough to fit a desk or study area at one end with a double bed at the other. Big window with plenty of light throughout the day. The room comes unfurnished so you can make the space your own.
Spacious living room with large window too and a balcony for summer evenings. Kitchen is great already but is due to be refurbished in the coming months.
Bills are not included but come to about £100 a month.
