This is a double room up for rent which is fully furnished in a simple but elegant style in a newly renovated home in the very quiet a peaceful part off Ruislip. There is a front drive way with off street parking for 2 cars available aswell as a rear garden! The house has 2 other people living in the other 2 rooms both working men. One of which is the landlord. The kitchen, front room, bathroom and separate toilet is all shared. This room is up for £250 per week with a negotiated deposit £1000 minimum (4 weeks) up to £1500 usually it’s ( 1 month + 2 weeks)! Bills included
