Exceptionally spacious double bedroom in a bright, modern flat in Nine Elms, Zone 1. The room has its own en-suite with a freestanding bath and toilet, and there's a second bathroom with a shower that we'd share. Couples welcome.
£2,000 pcm for the room, which is £1,000 each for a couple. Deposit £2,000. Bills are around £150 per person per month, a bit lower with three of us. Rolling tenancy with no minimum term and 2 months' notice. Available from 11 November.
The flat has a huge living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large roof terrace with views across London, and parking available. It would be just two of us, or three if you're a couple, so there's plenty of space and privacy. Pets are considered. I'm a non-smoker, and happy for smoking on the terrace only.
Location: 5 min walk to Nine Elms tube (Northern line, Zone 1), 3 min to PureGym, 5 min to Sainsbury's and Starbucks, 15 min to Stockwell and Wandsworth Road. Easy access to Battersea Park, Vauxhall and central London.
About me: I'm a 24-year-old professional. I'm clean, tidy and considerate, and I enjoy the gym and running around Battersea Park. Friendly and happy to socialise, but I also value my own space and a peaceful home.
