Hey everyone! 👋
My partner and I are heading back to Australia in December, so we’re looking for a couple to take over our lovely room in a spacious flat in Nine Elms, available from 2 December!
The room is a bright, good-sized area with loads of natural light and comes fully furnished with a King bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Plenty of space for a couple!
You’ll be sharing with one Aussie in their mid-20s. It’s a relaxed and welcoming flat, and we’re ideally looking for a couple who are tidy, respectful, working in London and keen to enjoy a social household.
📍 Location highlights:
* 4-minute walk to Nine Elms Station (Northern Line)
* 15-minute walk to Vauxhall (Victoria Line & National Rail)
* Regular buses right outside the flat
* Huge Sainsbury’s just 4 minutes away
* Walking distance to Battersea Power Station, Battersea Park and the river
* Amazing Zone 1 location with easy access to central London!

* Spacious, bright kitchen
* Comfortable living room with a balcony
* Separate toilet and shower rooms, making sharing much easier
* Fully furnished bedroom
💷 Rent and bills:
* Rent: £1,400 pcm for the room (£700 each)
* Bills: Approximately £100–£120 per person per month
* Deposit: TBC
📅 Available from 2 December, with some flexibility around move-in dates.
