Looking for a fun and vibrant place to call home? We have a room available in this 3-bed maisonette in the heart of N1!
The flat boasts a fantastic garden with a hammock, grill, and fire pit, perfect for summer BBQs and lazy weekends. It's just a stone's throw from Shoreditch Park (2 minutes walk), a 10-minute walk to Hoxton Overground, and only 8 minutes to Old Street (Northern line).
The property is located in a quiet residential area, so you'll enjoy peaceful living with easy access to all the East London hotspots like Shoreditch, Victoria Park, and Dalston.
Unfortunately (for us), our flatmate is moving back home to Australia, creating an opportunity for a new housemate to join this wonderful home.
We are two 29-year-old female professionals, one working in sustainability and the other in a startup. We enjoy a good balance between personal time and socialising, love live music/festivals, trying new things, traveling, doing sporty activities, and meeting new people. We're looking for similar young professionals (sorry, no couples or students) to join us.
