We are looking for 2 people to join our household on Eccleshall Road from July 2024 to June 2025. Rent is £112 per person per week. The house has 6 bedrooms, each with a double bed and modern furniture. The living room is open plan with a 40” TV and large modern kitchen. One tiled shower room with a WC, another shower room, and a separate WC. The house has an intercom entry system and a private gate shared with the neighbouring house. Amenities include: a dishwasher, TV points in bedrooms, TV point in lounge, 2 fridge-freezers, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, HMO licence, council tax exemption, microwave, washer/dryer, double glazing, central heating.
