Hi! I'm Claudy, a tidy, quiet and easy-going protessional relocating to London from Canada. I'll be working as a language assistant at a secondary school in the Ilford area, so I'm looking for a friendly, settled place to call home nearby.
A little about me: I'm a non-smoker with no pets, respectful of shared spaces, and I like to keep things clean and calm at home. I'm sociable but also value a peaceful place to come back to after work.
What I'm looking for:
A room in Ilford, Seven Kings, Goodmayes or nearby Budget up to £750 per month, bills included
Move-in from 30 October, staying until 31 May 2027
Ideally within walking distance or a short bus ride to work
