This well priced accommodation would suit individual students or a group of students up to a maximum of 6. It is difficult to find anywhere with en-suite bedrooms and all-inclusive of bills anywhere else near the city centre for only £115.00 per week with a £250 deposit.
Each spacious room has a double bed, sturdy wardrobe, wide desk, wall shelving, deep chest of drawers and comfy chair.
A large kitchen/lounge supplies an American style double fridge freezer, microwave, 5 ring cooker and a flat screen TV on the wall shared by no more than 6 students.
Best of all, you are only 1.2 miles from the City Centre Campus at Curzon, Parkside and Millennium Point. A leisurely 25 minute walk, 10 minute cycle ride or 10 minutes on the number 14 bus which conveniently stops right outside the Curzon Campus reception.
Alternatively, walk 3 minutes round to the Adderley Park train station and you’ll be at New Street in 4 minutes!
Needless to say, high speed internet is provided and all included in the price.
