Room description
Looking for someone to take over tenancy (3 months left but then goes onto rolling contract)
All bills included, good sized en-suite attic room with accent fireplace in a shared professional house, bills included!!
Included in the room is the double bed, wardrobe, table, bedside table, drawers, and the fridge.
Easy access to city centre with lots of buses going frequently, and stops close to the house. There’s also Salford shopping centre a 10 minute walk away, which includes a gym, Lidl, Tesco, Aldi and some nice food places.
It’s a lovely room, just moving out because I want to be closer to family in south Manchester.
Housemates are all great, all working professionals, so preferably someone who is also working. Included in the rent is a weekly cleaner for the kitchen and communal areas (hallways and stairs).
