Bedrooms are on the top floor, making it quiet and peaceful for working or resting.
Excellent location: 12–15 mins by tram directly into Deansgate / Manchester city centre. Waterfront walking routes, PureGym, and pilates/yoga studios are right around the corner.
Rent & Details
Rent: £800/month — all bills included (Wi-Fi, utilities, council tax).
Parking: Dedicated parking space available if needed (+£50/month).
About the Housemate Setup
It’s just myself and my cat living here. I’m a live-in owner, very easygoing, and enjoy cooking, but I also value keeping the house super clean and well-maintained (definitely a bit of a neat freak when it comes to shared spaces!).
