Room description
I'm an easy going, sociable landlord looking for a person to share a large exec property that has all the usual mod cons, plus fast fibre optic broadband, which also benefits from being refurbished. The communal areas in the house are professionally cleaned fortnightly and I might even be persuaded to cook the occasional meal. There are well stocked gardens (if you have green fingers you're especially welcome) and use of the hot tub can be arranged, so long as the lodger is willing to contribute towards expenses; I even have a man cave with pool table, dart board & Stereo. The bedroom on offer has an integrated wardrobe, set of drawers, Smart TV (Prime Video etc.), Alexa, a king size bed with a memory foam mattress - please get in touch if you would like any additional details.
Please note that I would prefer a week day only lodger, however occasional occupancy during the weekend is acceptable but will have to be dealt with via separate negotiation.
