Fully furnished single room available from 31 July until 20 August (check-out by 12:00 pm on 20 August).

£200 for the entire stay (or £70 per week), including all bills and Wi-Fi.

The flat is shared with one Italian female and two friendly cats, so you must be comfortable around pets.

You are welcome to use the kitchen, washing machine, cookware, dishes, fans and all shared facilities.

I am looking for a clean, respectful and reliable female lodger. References are preferred.
