Room description
One double bedroom furnished with double bed ( brand new mattress) wardrobe, tall boy and chest of drawers, available middle of April 2024. Must be pet friendly I have two little french bull dogs who love a fuss. I am laid back and sociable, happy to watch a movie and chill on the evening together having a glass of wine enjoy spending time on my own too.
I am clean and tidy and looking for someone who is too. My house is just on the border of Halesowen and Quinton, 10 mins away from harborne. In walking distance from the gym and local amenities, excellent transport links to the city centre, rowley Regis train station 10 minute walk 15 mins on train to city centre.
I am a live in landlord, I work from home most of the time but do go in to the office a couple of times a week, my house was newly refurbished just last year and my house is on a lovely quite neighbourly road.
