Room description

A bright and large double room is now available for a 3 months short let with some flexibility around the move in and move out dates. It is south east facing with lots of light and very well connected with various tube stations and bus within 5 minutes walk. The flat has a kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. You will be sharing with 2 other female professionals who are quiet and friendly.

All the bills are included with the exception of gas and electricity which is paid monthly and shared among all 3 tenants.

Close to Southwark park and within 5 minutes walk of Canada Water and Rotherhithe tube with access to the Jubilee and Overground line. There are some local pubs, restaurants, cinema, parks and walks along the Thames nearby. There is also a big Tesco and Lidl for food shopping.
