Room description

Hi there! I'm looking for someone to take over my fixed-term contract, which ends on the 21st of September 2024, though I’m certain that you’ll be able to transfer to a rolling contract afterwards.

All bills are included — including Wi-Fi — and the property is in excellent proximity to the University of Roehampton and reasonably close to Kingston University, making this a fantastic choice for students of either university.

The flat has superb transport links, with bus stops less than a 10-minute walk away going towards Putney, Kingston, Tolworth and Richmond, and Barnes train station only a 15-minute bus ride away (traffic-pending, of course).

The area surrounding the property is a quiet, family-orientated residential estate, offering peace from the hustle and bustle of more lively areas.

The room itself comes with a wardrobe, double bed and desk. I've attached pictures I took upon moving in to give a more realistic picture of what you'll be starting with.

I also installed an exterior combination lock and will happily explain how to change the code to your liking once it's confirmed that you’re moving in.

Onto the communal areas!

The communal kitchen/living room space has an electric stove, oven, washing machine, microwave, a large fridge-freezer combo and a mini-fridge. You will also have a drawer in the freezer and a cupboard of your own, alongside the use of some drawers.

There's a dining table and two sofas, so if you wish to have dinner, relax after a long day, or chat with your housemates, there's space to do so!

There’s a toilet downstairs and a bathroom upstairs with a shower-bathtub combo.

You'll be living with friendly housemates ranging from professionals to postgraduate students.
