Hello! We have a room becoming available from the 1st of June, in SW15, Roehampton in a 5 bedroom house, 2 minutes away from Roehampton University and a short walk from Richmond Park. We have three rooms already occupied by 3 female tenants in the upstairs area of the house and we will have an another spare room to let from June. You would be sharing the bathroom with the 3 girls only.
My partner and I live separately downstairs. We are really easy, respectful and mature and we don’t get involved in our tenant’s lives 😃 however happy to have a chat when we see you in the kitchen. We also have 2 very friendly cats who live downstairs with us. We are all professionals and students. We are quiet and we respect your space and privacy, more introverted but friendly. The room is nice and clean. Single room for single female occupant preferred, for a student or professional. It could be a double room and happy to arrange a double bed on request. All bills and high speed internet included in the rent. There is a built in single wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk for workspace in the room. More storage space under the bed. We are open for both short/long term rent. The rent is £800. Viewings available from May.
