Room description
This is a student studio at Vita Student Iona Street. I’m looking for a replacement tenant for the next academic year.
It’s a quit large student studio with a television with license, a private toilet and private kitchen(with microwave oven, hob, sink, fridge freezer). Breakfast is provided on workdays from 7 to 10. Other facilities include a 24-hour open gym and a dancing room. You can also book a housekeeping service once a week.
The reception are friendly and on duty 7/24. The studio frequently hold events and you can book a space or service online.
