Room description

I have a large bedroom available in September located (EH7). There is a shared kitchen, and toilet. Retail park next door. The Omni centre and Royal Mile are around two mile, walk but there is also a good bus service. Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat is also around one mile. Portobello beach at 15 minutes walking distance.

My current flatmate is moving out.

Looking for a flatmate clean, tidy, respectful, and with a responsible.

No couples, no smokers, no pets.

Bills and council tax included.
