I love the area as there are so many green spaces within 30 minutes walk. So I can really get away from the hustle and bustle of my work life for brief stints and remind my self of the bigger things! It’s a pretty quiet area and has amazing transport links. The area has a nice balance of independent options along with the more commercial grocery options. It’s close enough to town to be manageable, but far away enough to feel like there’s a break from the madness!

Basically; SUPER CONVENIENT!
I’m 34/Male and I’ve lived in Bristol for 15 years. Moved here from London for University and stayed as my parents relocated to Newcastle in that time. I live a simple life, I’m a leadership coach, film producer, boxing coach and I also compete in boxing. Between all of those things and Church I find my weeks are pretty jam packed and I’m away from the flat a lot. A lot of my work is about helping people realise ambitions, it’s demanding but I love it. I really enjoy what I do as so much of it is about working through change and witnessing people grow! It requires me to be consistent above everything else so naturally I’m not much of a party person as I really appreciate being able to be quiet and unwind, so I can be there for my clients and company. Plus you just can’t party all the time and box, it’s brutal when you try to and always ends badly!
I’m tidy and have a nice routine of keeping the flat habitable.
I’m looking for someone to share the space who will be respectful of my lifestyle, but will also bring some character to the flat. An initial 3 month period is good for me then we can chat about a longer stay if it works for both of us!
