Renting out my spare room. £530 per month this includes all bills and council tax (Band A) is also included

The house is in Redfield. couple of mins walk to Lawrence Hill Station and about the same to bus routes. A small 5 home cul-de-sac and close to local shops.

I live here with another Lodger and we are a friendly bunch I wouldn’t say the home is spotless but it is important to me that my home is kept pretty clean and tidy but lived in. Personally I'm into Reading, traveling. Since I work from home a lot whoever takes the room needs to be conscious of the fact that's all.

We are both pretty chilled and do meet up for chats and films occasionally so that option is there.

This isn’t a party house, I am friendly and interested in people but these days I do sometimes really like my own space.
