Looking for a Flatmate – Open to Finding a New Home Together
Hi everyone!
I’m looking for a like-minded flatmate, ideally to move in around a month from now.
I work full-time as a chef and can provide references from both my employer and current landlord.
A little about me
I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, responsible and enjoys a calm home environment. My preference is a female flatmate, ideally aged 28–38, with a regular job and income. However, I’m open to considering male applicants too if we feel we’d be a good fit as flatmates.
I have two lovely cats who are a big part of my life! ❤️ One is a laid-back, chubby little foodie who is always ready for his next meal, while the other is a sensitive sweetheart who is always ready to give everyone some love. So, being comfortable living with cats is a must!
I’m not really a party person at home. I prefer a clean, peaceful and comfortable place where everyone respects each other’s space.
Areas I’m considering
Bermondsey, Rotherhithe, Canada Water, Putney, Richmond, Wimbledon, Wandsworth and Fulham.
My budget
Up to £1,100 per month for my share of the rent, excluding bills.
Ideally, I’d love to find a house with a garden or a ground-floor property. I’m looking to find a new place together with someone, so we can both have a say in choosing a home that suits us.
Another possible option – my current home!
My current flatmate is planning to move abroad, so I’m also considering finding someone suitable to take their place, subject to confirming the arrangements with the landlord.
The house has a private garden and a private parking space at the front. It’s around a 20–25 minute walk from London Bridge and also within walking distance of Canada Water and Bermondsey, which is really convenient for transport and getting around London.
