Room description
hey everyone! we’re looking for someone join us in our 3 bed house in the East Putney area. The room is available immediately and is £800 rent and £150 bills (£950 pcm total).
A little bit about the room/house:
✨ available room is a large double and comes fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, draws, bedside table). There’s ample storage space for belongs alongside plenty of free space to make the room your own!
✨ two bathrooms, smaller one downstairs and larger one with a bath/shower upstairs
✨ shared living room and fully stocked kitchen with plenty of appliances (kettle, toaster, oven, coffee machine, air fryer ect) and utilities free to be used by everyone on the house
✨ decent sized garden space round the back of the building for usage of everyone is the block
About the area:
✨ East Putney underground (district line) 6 minutes away and Putney station 10 minutes away
✨ multiple bus stops in the area including night bus routes to central London/surrounding areas
✨ little Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and coop all within 10 minutes walking distance
✨ Putney high street with larger supermarkets (Lidl, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, M&S) as well as plenty of shops, cafes ect within a 10-15 minute walk
✨ plenty of gyms in the surrounding area with at least two less then a 10 minute walk away
✨ Wandsworth park 15 minute walk away
Myself and Annie are two working professional females in our late 20’s (myself working out of the house weekdays and Annie doing a hybrid of work in the office and at homework across the week). We’re both fairly easy going and get along well, always open for a chat and a hangout but, also respecting each others space and work/life balance and are looking for someone with a similar vibe and energy!
