Room to rent in house share.

I’m looking for a house share to help split my bills. I am a young (ish) professional woman.

Property is a 3 bed new build. Smallest room doesn’t fit much in. I don’t mind the smallest room being used as an office for someone who works at home or can be turned into a very small sitting area.

Room is currently furnished with wardrobe, day bed that pulls into a double and a tv.

House has one shared living room, kitchen/dining room, bathroom upstairs with a toilet also downstairs.

Double driveway and large back garden.

20 minute walk to Huyton station and village. 4 min drive. Nice area with local shops and a gym.

I do have a cat at the property so would request someone without a pet.
