My partner and I (and our cat!) are looking for a friendly, considerate and professional or student housemate to share my modern London apartment. (LBGTQI+ friendly)
The available room is a comfortable, fully furnished double bedroom with plenty of natural light and its own private bathroom, so you'll have a good degree of privacy while still enjoying the benefits of a shared home.
The apartment has a spacious and colourful open-plan living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate cinema/lounge area for relaxing in the evenings.
One of my favourite features is the private balcony, which is filled with plants and has fantastic panoramic views across the London skyline, a brilliant place to sit with a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening.
The apartment is very much a home rather than a typical flatshare, so I'm looking for someone who will appreciate and look after it accordingly. I'd ideally like to live with someone who is friendly and sociable but also independent and respectful of each other's space.
£1,600 per calendar month, including bills.
The room includes use of the shared living areas, kitchen, cinema room and balcony, together with your own bathroom.
