Room description
Double ensuite room available August 20th!
So so sad to be leaving this great flat-share, but I've bought a place outside of London so I'm looking for someone to fill the tenancy gap :)
You'll be living with two other lovely girls aged between 22 and 24. We like a chat and a catch-up in the mornings/evenings but also have our own things going on and it works for us! It's a pretty tidy space, we all clean up after ourselves and take turns cleaning the shared areas whenever we have time to spare, but there's no set schedule as we're all quite fair with the split as it is. We don't smoke or have any pets. I've had an amazing year living here and think any student/young professional would enjoy it too!
Having timed the walk to the stations ourselves, we'd say the walk to Hanger Land station is 8-10 mins and the walk to Park Royal station is 10-12 mins. There is also a bus that stops right outside of the flat that takes you to Ealing Broadway station in under 20 mins. The closest convenience store is a co-op (5-6 mins away) and there is an Asda and Sainsbury's a 25 min walk or a 10 min bus journey away. You're also a 15-20 min walk away from an Odeon Cinema, Nandos and Tim Hortons :)
