This professional house share is in a wonderful location--a short walk from the Central line, with a 30-40 minute transit to city center and a 2 minute walk to the local park!
This room is quite large and well priced for the size and the ration of just 5 tenants to 2 full bathrooms.
The contract will be for 6 months minimum initially with the option to renew.
Move in is available starting from June 30th 2025.
All utility bills are included!
Unfortunately no couples are allowed; the room is for one person.
No Pets.
The property comprises of:

There is no security deposit, instead you pay both the first and last month's rent upfront.
There is a 1 week's rent payment to reserve the room; this payment will be credited at the end of the first month.
There is a one-time £150 Council Tax contribution.
The flatmates are working professionals with diverse backgrounds, meaning this place is not a party house, but they are a lovely group to socialize with!
A preference for working professionals, unless you are doing post-grad studies, with an age cap of 45.
