About me: Kaz 45, British Anglo-Egyptian. I own a mobile creperie business and am here most of the time.
Terms: Lodger’s licence agreement, £440 deposit, 6-week trial period to see if we’re a good match.
How to apply: Explain who you are, your circumstances, and why you think we’d work well together. One-liners, urgent housing needs, and people just looking for location/price will be ignored.
Location advantage: Excellent transport links, central London convenience, and a neighbourhood I genuinely love.
The space: 2 furnished spacious bedrooms available in a bright, quirky top-floor flat. Living room (which I sometimes use for cooking projects/podcasts), charming dining area, large loft for storage, basic but functional kitchen with washing machine, 4 hob cooker with grill, microwave, George Forman, and spacious fridge.
Who I’m looking for: 2 mature but young-at-heart housemates (females preferred, up to age 43). Looking for long-term residents who want to become genuine friends—not just flatmates passing through. To share with me and my house mate who has an adorable house black cat.
