Hello! I am looking for a student to take over my lease at 200 Cowgate from 30 August 2025 to 22 August 2026 (so for 51 weeks in total). It is a 4 bed classic en-suite that is owned by Home for Students, all of the bills are included (gas, electricity, water, and council tax) and the rent is £220 per week. I have already paid the deposit so you will not need to pay for that as well. The accommodation is located between Central campus (8 min walk) and Holyrood campus (8 min walk). It is also near the Edinburgh Railway Station (5min walk). The four bed en-suite room comes with a three quarter sized bed, modern en-suite and stylish study area. WiFi is available throughout the building. The en-suite rooms have shared kitchen, dining and living spaces with under bed storage in each room. There is also a bike store, a laundry room and a very nice on-site management team. To be able to rent the room, you need to be studying at university.
