Hey guys, we are a flat of 4 UoE students going to have a nice, cosy room available to a student (Edinburgh) from 24 Apr onwards. By moving in you can enjoy:
- a comfortably furnished room with a bed, a study desk, a wardrobe, a heater, among other furniture (This is the biggest room in our flat!!!)
- the super-convenient central location: 2-min walk to George Square, 3-min walk to the main library (UoE), and 10-min walk to Princes Street
- the reasonable rent (ard. 434 per month, all included except electricity) amid the skyrocketing costs of living
- all kinds of supermarkets nearby, including Tesco, Sainsbury's (there are 2 for both of them!), Lidl, but also others like Farmfoods
- two shared bathrooms
- a shared kitchen (with a new stove and oven, a micro and a washing machine included) and living room
- greatest variety of dine-out options, with restaurants that serve all types of cuisines nearby
