I am offering a studio flat in Deaconess University Accommodation for a University of Edinburgh student who would like to take over my current contract. The studio is very practical and cozy, with a 1.5-size bed that can be pulled up to function as a large desk, making the space flexible and practical for studying. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the studio has a lovely view over the Crags. The accommodation is very central, safe, and quiet. The closest shops, the central university campus and the gym are all less than 5 minutes away. The lease runs until 28 August 2026, and the rent is £1322 per month, including all bills.
