The property has a live-in landlord who has his own room at the property, but he normally stays in a hotel close to work and only comes back around one weekend each month, if at all. The number of people in the house is kept to a maximum of three, creating a more peaceful and comfortable living environment.

Worcester Park Station is approximately 7 minutes’ walk away, with direct trains to London Waterloo in around 25–30 minutes via Motspur Park, Raynes Park, Wimbledon, Earlsfield, Clapham Junction and Vauxhall.
The 213 bus stop is also nearby and runs 24 hours to Kingston, New Malden, Sutton and Carshalton. The SL7 bus also provides access towards Heathrow. The property also has excellent access to the A3 and M25.
