Ciao!
I am looking for one person to share this flat with! Unfortunately, my friend is moving with his girlfriend, so his room is available from the 6th of December (possibly earlier if he finds something before that).
-About the room:
Double with its own bathroom and direct access to a huge 15m balcony! Spacious and bright as lots of sun is getting in!
£1200 per month plus bills (which are around £150-200 per month, including council tax).
-About the flat:
It is on the 10th floor in a gated residential building. It is very well connected: got a bus stop literally in front of the building, just 4 minutes walk from Pudding Mill Lane DLR Station and ABBA Arena, 5-10 minutes walk from Bromley-by-Bow District Line Station, or 10-15 minutes walk from Stratford. Lots of shops around too, a supermarket just on the other side of the road, a big Tesco just 5 minutes away, plus Lidl/Sainsbury's and all the big shops in Westfield Stratford.
The building has its own gym downstairs-not too big but it gets the job done, perfect for the busy days when you don't have enough time to go to a public gym.
Compact kitcken with all necessary items. Fully electric flat, no gas.
Spacious living-room with access to the balcony, just perfect for parties ?

My name is Raz, 27yo European healthcare practitioner (orthopaedics specialist), and I work in The City.
I am easy-going, friendly, considerate and always up for a drink!
I'm a piano player, so the piano in the living-room is mine. I spend my free time being active, mainly in the gym, as I am a powerlifter.
I love going to gigs and listening to live music. Got a long list of cool places down in town to go out!!
I travel quite a bit, as usually I'm 2-3 months per year abroad, so you'll be able to enjoy the whole flat only for yourself quite a bit!
-About you:
First of all, I am looking for a like-minded *friend* to share the flat with, not just a random person. Got to be friendly, easy-going, very quiet and clean (just the common sense really).
I don't mind sharing with either gals or lads, just want to be a really nice person (of similar age more or less but not necessarily).
I'd rather want someone who would stay in the flat long term, as I don't want to look for a new flatmate in 3 months.
