Modern, well-equipped kitchen with all crockery and utensils provided. There is ample worktop and cabinet space, a full height fridge and two separate freezers.
The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a downstairs toilet and handbasin.
Next to your room is the large modern bathroom, again with plenty of allocated storage space..
There is parking for two cars on the forecourt and there’s usually lots of parking available at the side of the property too. It’s within walking distance of the town centre, railway station, Attleborough village, George Eliot Hospital and various industrial estates.
Smoking and vaping permitted only in the garden, not anywhere in the house.

Small, caged pets will be considered, but no dogs or cats, due to the preferences of the existing tenants.
