Hey there, I'm Ted, I am 27 and looking for a flat to live in Manchester. I am starting a job here in a few weeks and am looking to live here for the first time. My job is located towards the east side of the city so am looking to live around there or centrally, ideally around Ancoats or New Islington.
I'm very chill, clean, and respectful and would be happy to buddy up if needed. I enjoy socialising and going out for a good time as well as having a chill weekend inside. I am working in the sports industry so have an interest in most sports, especially Football and F1, and love my music so would love to go to some gigs in the city.
Don't smoke or have any pets.
Would preferably to have bills included including council tax but can be flexible.
