Ideal flatmates
Happy to live with anyone
Description
I’m a 21-year-old starting a graduate apprenticeship in Manchester in October, and I’m looking for a room in a friendly, clean and sociable professional house/flat share.
Ideally I’m looking for somewhere within around a 30-minute walk of St Peter’s Square, particularly Ancoats, New Islington, Northern Quarter, Castlefield, Deansgate/First Street or nearby Salford. My budget is up to £800 per month including bills and council tax.
I’d ideally like to live with other young professionals, graduates or apprentices, with a maximum of 4 other people in the property. I’m looking for people who are clean, respectful and sociable, rather than simply somewhere to sleep.
A bit about me: I’m active and enjoy Brazilian jiu-jitsu, football, tennis and going to the gym. I’m sociable and happy to do things together with housemates, but I also respect people’s space and routines.
I’m clean and tidy, financially responsible and considerate with noise. I’m looking for a place where everyone contributes to keeping the house a good place to live.
I’m planning to move in around late September, ideally around 28 September, ahead of starting work on 5 October.
I’m also moving some furniture from my family home, so I’d ideally be looking for a room with enough space for a double/queen-size bed.
If you’re looking for someone to join an existing house or are interested in buddying up to find a place together, I’d be interested in hearing from you.
